Tattooing

If you are carrying out this treatment, or wish to carry out this treatment you need to register with our Commercial Team first. In order to register you need to complete a registration form and pay the fee (currently £108). A copy of the registration form can be downloaded.

Before sending in the form you should be aware of what is required under the local bylaws. A copy of the bylaws relating to Tattooing, which provides details of the standard of the facilities you will need to provide can also be downloaded.

Once we have received your completed registration form an appointment will be made to carry out a site visit to ensure you are complying with the requirements under the bylaws and other relevant Health and Safety legislation.

If all is satisfactory we will issue your registration certificate that must be displayed along with a copy of the bylaws at the premises. If there are any problems or additional requirements we will advise you, in writing, of what needs to be done to meet the relevant standard.
