Crime and Disorder

We work in partnership with other organisations to reduce crime, disorder, anti-social behaviour and substance misuse.

Our partnership priorities are to reduce:

• Antisocial behaviour
• Drug and alcohol misuse
• Violent crime
• Prolific and other high priority offending
• Business crime

Each priority is overseen and delivered by a dedicated group.

We also aim to reduce:

• The fear of crime
• Seasonal crime

To ensure that we continue to target the issues for our district we will carry out an annual strategic assessment to review the crime and disorder priorities to be acted upon.
