Local Area Agreement
East Lindsey District Council is a leading partner within Lincolnshire’s Local Area Agreement. The agreement describes the responsibilities of Lincolnshire organisations and partnerships to tackle the key issues affecting Lincolnshire’s communities around four nationally set blocks. The blocks are:

- Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe and Sutton on Sea North
- Ingoldmells, Chapel St Leonards and Winthorpe
- Scarborough, Seacroft, St Clements and Winthorpe
