Performance
In order to demonstrate the work and the added value that the Partnership brings to the people of East Lindsey, it is necessary to develop methods of monitoring the performance of the Partnership.
We have developed a performance management framework that collects both qualitative data, i.e. statistics, as well as collecting more qualitative/feedback data as well. The information is set against the desired outcomes in the Community Plan so that the Partnership’s performance against the Community Plan can be measured.
As the National Indicator set has now been withdrawn, and the Lincolnshire Local Area Agreement (LAA) has expired there are fewer requirements to collect the large number of indicators that the Partnership has been required to collect in the past. Due to these changes the performance report has been streamlined for 2011-12 to include the most relevant strategic and operational indicators for the Partnership.
Whilst the quantity of data included has reduced, the quality of the data has increased as more contextual data is now included to enable the reader to better understand the meaning of the data.
The performance report is prepared every quarter for the LSP Executive Board meeting.
