What you require to view details of your account
You need your User ID and Password to proceed from this point onward. If you do not have this information then you may contact us by email at local.tax@e-lindsey.gov.uk or phone us on 01507 329592 to request these details. Staff are available each week day (apart from Bank Holidays) from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to deal with your enquiries. We will ask you certain questions regarding your account and on satisfactory reply we will advise you of your User ID and Password. From that point onward you can start using the internet to browse the information related to your account.
What you can do once you have logged in
You will be able to view details of how your Council Tax has been calculated, any payments you have made, any balances outstanding, your current instalments due and copies of documentation that we have issued to you.
