Housing

The main housing areas are Skegness, Mablethorpe, Louth, Horncastle, Spilsby, Alford and Sutton On Sea. There is also housing available throughout the many villages across the district.

The accommodation in the area mainly consists of Registered Social Landlords (Housing Associations), Private landlords and owner occupation.

It is the Council’s corporate aim to reduce homelessness and enable more affordable housing and improve the quality and accessibility of housing.
