Planning Hearing – The Charterhouse, Manby Park, Louth, Lincolnshire

 

A PLANNING HEARING will take place on September 3 and 4, 2008 at East Lindsey District Council’s Manby Headquarters at 10am.

The Hearing relates to a Planning Application by Davillion Developments for Change of use, conversion of and alterations to existing building, which is a listed building, to provide 18 flats and erection of a 3 storey block to provide 21 flats (39 no. flats total), partly on the site of part of the existing building which is to be demolished, and the provision of 55 car parking spaces on land at The Charterhouse, Manby Park, Manby, Louth. An application for Listed Building Consent will also be discussed at the hearing. The District Council refused the application.

An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public are invited to attend the hearing and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
