THERE was a very constructive meeting between Louth Town Council and East Lindsey District Council on Monday, February 18, 2008.

The Town Council has agreed to continue discussions with the District Council to ensure a smooth handover of responsibility, in a way that protects and enhances the long term future of the Hills.
