ENFORCEMENT Action will be taken against all developers who breach planning rules says East Lindsey District Council, as the Council gets tough on those who flout the regulations.

Although the District Council is supportive of investment in the district, it is important that developers following the proper planning process.

The Council’s Portfolio Holder for Built Environment, Councillor Brian Burnett, said: "Where development is carried out without planning permission we will take enforcement action. We have a level playing fields - whether it’s a company spending millions of pounds or a family looking to construct a conservatory, it is important everyone follows the correct planning process," he explained.
