A PLANNING Hearing will take place at the Franklin Hall in Spilsby on July 29, 2008 at 10am.

The Hearing follows the Council’s decision to turn down a planning application for the erection of a log cabin for holiday use at Peasgate Lane, Toynton All Saints near Spilsby.  The application also included provision for parking.

 An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the Hearing.  The public are invited to attend the hearing and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
