Area Appraisals

There are two conservation area appraisals available for you to download for Spilsby and Wainfleet. There is also one draft appraisal for Woodhall Spa.

Alford, Horncastle and Louth conservation area appraisal

East Lindsey District Council wishes to adopt and publish Conservation Area Appraisals to help protect, manage and enhance the Alford, Horncastle and Louth Conservation Areas.  The Conservation Areas are areas of the towns that have a special character and are of architectural and historic interest.

The Appraisals will establish the most important characteristics of Alford, Horncastle and Louth and propose appropriate ways to protect these characteristics, manage and enhance the areas.
