Parking Permits
To apply for an off-street parking permit, you can:
- Telephone us to request a form
- Print off the Permit Application Form and send in with your payment
- Collect a form from any of our area offices
Parking permits should be clearly displayed at all times, in the windscreen of the vehicle. Vehicles must be parked within a single marked bay. If you are unable to locate a bay, then alternative parking should be found. Permits are not valid in marked disabled bays on amenity car parks.
Any vehicle that is parked in contravention of the regulations will be issued with an Excess Charge Notice. We reserve the right to cancel a permit that is being misused, change the specified car parks and provide alternative arrangements as necessary. We do not accept liability for loss from, or damage to, any motor vehicle however caused.
Mobility Trailer Permits
If you have a valid blue badge, and use a trailer to transport your mobility scooter, you may apply for a parking permit to enable you to park in some of our car parks during your stay in East Lindsey.
Mobility trailer parking permits will be issued upon receipt of a written request, to include the valid from and to dates, a photocopy of your valid blue badge, the main town to be visited and a payment of £10.00. Cheques/postal orders must be made payable to ELDC, please telephone 01507 329228 to pay by debit/credit card or for any queries. This charge is to cover the costs incurred in issuing the parking permit. Please note the permits are restricted to a maximum period of one month.
The vehicle and attached trailer for mobility scooter use must only be parked wholly within two marked bays, with the valid mobility trailer parking permit displayed in a conspicuous position in the windscreen, and a valid machine ticket displayed alongside. Vehicles and mobility trailers must not park in marked disabled bays, and not on hatched areas, other areas not intended for parking or where this would cause a nuisance to other car park users. Any breach of the Regulations may incur an Excess Charge of £60.00.
Parking Permits are non-refundable.
