Kingfisher Park
We operate Kingfisher Caravan Park which is a static caravan site situated in the centre of Ingoldmells, with 726 fully serviced pitches. All caravans at the park are privately owned and the site is open from mid-March to mid-November each year. Site facilities include:

- A children’s play area
- A laundrette
- Sales

Hire
We do not hire caravans to the general public or provide a lettings agency, however some tenants do rent their vans privately.
Costs
Ground rent for the 2012 season is £2249.00 (£2476.00 for ‘Super Plots’). The rental fee includes water and sewerage charges, as well as the availability of electricity which is metered and charged accordingly.
Site Office Opening Times
The Park closes at 4.00pm on Sunday 13th November for the 2011 Season
The Site office will be open during the closed period Monday - Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm
The office will be closed for the Christmas break from 23rd December to 2nd January.
Summer opening times are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday (including Bank Holiday Mondays)
We are also open 9.00am - 5.00pm on the following Saturdays and Sundays throughout July and August, and any weekend preceding a Bank Holiday Monday
