Assisted Collection
The Council will provide Assisted Collections to householders who are unable to present their waste at the kerbside due to either disability or infirmity. Applications will only be accepted when there is no one in the household who can present the bins at the kerbside.
Ring Customer Service on 01507 601111 with your details and the reason you require Assisted Collections. You will not be set up on the scheme until we have had the opportunity to review your application. A member of our Refuse & Recycling Team will contact you to discuss your application and notify you as to whether you have been accepted on the scheme. We may request to visit your property before accepting your application.
