Parking Permits

If you use our car parks on a regular basis a parking permit will significantly reduce the cost of parking throughout East Lindsey and offer the best value for money.

From the 1st April 2014 our Parking Permit Scheme changed.
It now includes a range of town specific permits, making it more flexible for motorists.

To apply for an off-street parking permit, you can:

  • Telephone us on 01507 613559 to request a form .
  • Post - Print off the pdf icon Permit Permit Application Form [43kb]and send in with your payment.
  • On line - Please visit www.councilparking.org/eastlincs to apply and pay online.  If you would like to add an additional vehicle registration at the time of application, please enter both registrations in the box provided.  If you require a receipt for your card transaction, please email carparks@e-lindsey.gov.uk or telephone 01507 613559.

(All Fees and charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable)

When using a parking permit, it should be clearly displayed at all times, in the windscreen of the vehicle.  Vehicles must be parked within a single marked bay.  If you are unable to locate a bay, then alternative parking should be found.

Any vehicle that is parked in contravention of the regulations will be issued with an Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).  We reserve the right to cancel a permit that is being misused, change the specified car parks and provide alternative arrangements as necessary.  We do not accept liability for loss from, or damage to, any motor vehicle however caused.
