Housing Advice and Options
Our Housing Advice team offer free, impartial and confidential advice on a range of issues from preventing homelessness to applying for social housing.
Our Team covers the following areas:

- Advice for landlords
Advice can be given over the phone, by e-mail, letter or face to face. We can arrange home visits if necessary. Interviews are usually carried out at our Customer Access Points in Louth, Horncastle, Skegness or Mablethorpe.
To apply for social housing in East Lindsey, please check the Housing Allocation Policy [505kb] first to check you are eligible then apply via Homes Direct. The housing register is managed by Waterloo Housing Group on our behalf.
If you are facing eviction please contact the housing advice team immediately on 01507 601111 as we may be able to prevent you from becoming homeless.
