Environmental health at East Lindsey is a branch of Public Health that is concerned with all aspects of the natural and built environment that may impact upon human health and wellbeing.

Environmental Health at East Lindsey are responsible for carrying out measures for protecting public health, including administering and enforcing legislation related to environmental health and providing support to minimize health and safety hazards. We cover a wide range of activities including:

    We inspect workplaces, investigate accidents and complaints and promotes health and safety in the workplace including welfare of employees and the safeguarding of others, principally the public, who may be exposed to risks from work activities, taking enforcement action when necessary.
