Please note:- Should you require a copy of your licence to be issued electronically please contact the section and we will arrange for a copy to be forwarded to you.

Applying for a new licence?

Please be advised that all of the above licences, except for Zoo's, are not dependent on Planning Permission being obtained for a licence to be issued.

HOWEVER….. If you set up a business in a property, or use a property which does not have planning consent to be used for one of the above you may be breaching planning laws.

Registrations

The following registrations are required by law under the Local Government Miscellaneous Provisions Act.

• Scrap Dealers
• Motor Salvage Operators
