Due to the complicated nature of the forms which need to be completed for many of the above licences they have not been provided on the website.
Please contact the Health and Safety Section by following the links provided to obtain the necessary forms. In any case we always prefer to discuss new applications before they are submitted in order to ensure the process is dealt with as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Please note:- Should you require a copy of your licence to be issued electronically please contact the section and we will arrange for a copy to be forwarded to you.
Applying for a new licence?
Please be advised that all of the above licences, except for Zoo's, are not dependent on Planning Permission being obtained for a licence to be issued.
HOWEVER….. If you set up a business in a property, or use a property which does not have planning consent to be used for one of the above you may be breaching planning laws. For further advice you are advised to contact our Planning Department or follow the link below for more advice.
