NOTES:

(i) Assembly/dispersal time waived for formal meetings.
(ii) When the main hall is hired as the main room additional room hired in conjunction
will be charged at half price with the exception of the bar and kitchen.
(iii) Commercial Rates - may be subject to negotiation.
(iv) In addition, for non-commercial bookings, if time is required by the hirer for preparation
before and/or for clearing up after the event, the time shall be charged at half the Hourly
Rate for each hour, or part thereof.
(v) For commercial bookings, the time shall be charged at full Hourly Hire Rate.
