Reporting Repairs Needed to Council Properties
A service provided for carrying out repairs on Council Owned Properties.

The service is for the benefit of all residents and visitors of East Lindsey, to ensure a safe environment and to maintain the value and attractiveness of the Council asset’s.

This service is in place to enable the Council to maintain its assets and prevent any Health & Safety problems.

Repair reports are passed to the Technical Services Section where the repair is logged and an individual job number allocated. The priority of the repair is assessed, the repair is either issued straight to the Contractor or an inspection is raised for one of the Surveyors.

This service is available:

Manby: Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays) to Thursday 9.00 a.m - 5:00 p.m

           Friday 9.00 a.m - 4.45 p.m

Louth, Mablethorpe, Spilsby, Skegness & Horncastle: Monday (Excluding Bank Holidays), Tuesday & Thursday 9.00 a.m - 5.00 p.m

Wednesday 9.00 a.m - 4.00 p.m

Friday 9.00 a.m - 4.45 p.m

Alford: 9.00 a.m - 1.00 p.m and 1.30 p.m - 4.00 p.m Every tuesday in the month 

Holton Le Clay - 9:00 - 13:00 & 13:30 - 16:00 Every 2nd Wednesday in the month
