The future of the Horncastle Town Hall is currently under review. A local group of people - the Horncastle Town Hall Working Group - have put forward an initial business plan to develop the building as a community facility, and the Horncastle Town Hall Steering Group (made up of Town, District and County Council) has provided additional time, support and access to independent expertise, to enable the business case to be worked up so that it can be fully considered in June 2009.
