Ways to pay your bill
 

Direct Debit
Direct debit is cheap, simple and convenient.

To pay your bill by Direct Debit you can:

  • Complete a Direct Debit instruction online
  • Download and print off our Direct Debit mandate
  • Complete the Direct Debit mandate on the back of your bill

Credit or Debit Card
Ring FREEPHONE 0800 731 0540 to use our automated telephone payment service, making sure you have your account number and card details ready.

You can also contact Customer Services to make a card payment during working hours. Please ring 01507 601111 and have your account number and card details ready.

Post Office
You can pay free of charge at any Post Office. Simply hand your bill to the Postmaster with your payment.

Standing Order & On-Line Banking
You need to contact your bank to pay by Standing Order. They will need to know the amounts to be paid, the dates they are due, and your Council Tax account number. They will also need our bank details, which are:

  • BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER 50348481

By Post
Cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to East Lindsey District Council and sent to: Finance Department, Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 8UP.

Please write your account reference on the back of your cheque.

By Internet
You can pay your bill using our e-payments facility.
