Lincolnshire Energy Switch Scheme

Don't feel the cold of winter energy prices with Lincolnshire Energy Switch!

Energy prices may be rising as we enter the thick of winter but there's no reason to feel the cold with Lincolnshire Energy Switch Scheme potentially offering lower energy bills!
A new round of the scheme is now open until February 14, 2017 and residents and businesses could save hundreds of pounds on their bills simply by registering here

Thousands of people have benefitted in Lincolnshire from the scheme in recent years saving over £800,000 between them and now is a great time to register during the higher months of gas and electricity consumption.
Once the registration period is complete, energy suppliers will be invited to compete with their best offers at an auction and you will be sent an email or offer letter stating the potential savings you could then make.

There is absolutely no obligation for householders to accept their personal offer and it's as simple as checking if the offer the energy provider gives, beats your current deal.
If it does, switching from your existing energy provider could not be more straightforward with the new provider taking care of the whole process.
If you're not able to register online, you can call 0800 048 8439.

Anyone can register, whether you rent your home or own it and all that is required is your annual gas or electricity statement or bills covering the last 12 months to hand.
It's open to all energy users, whether you are on dual fuel, electricity only, pay monthly or quarterly or have a prepayment meter.
Karen Lond, lead officer for the councils said: "It's cold outside but that doesn't mean your energy bills should give you the shivers. Register with the Lincolnshire Energy Switch Scheme and you could be looking forward to lower priced gas and electricity.
"Energy prices are rising so why not see if you can lower your bills during this period and give you more money in your back pocket in 2017."

In Lincolnshire the scheme is organised by Boston Borough Council, City of Lincoln Council, East Lindsey District Council, Lincolnshire County Council, South Kesteven District Council, North Kesteven District Council and West Lindsey District Council.
