An important aspect of the work of the Food Safety Team is the investigation of complaints regarding food stuffs and food premises.

If you have any concerns regarding food, such as whether it is fit to eat, contains foreign bodies or if you feel that food premises are not operating to satisfactory standards, then contact the Food Safety Team.

We will thoroughly and promptly investigate every complaint received in an attempt to establish the cause of the problem and to prevent a recurrence. We will also advise you of the outcome of the complaint at the conclusion of our enquiries.
