The service is primarily for the benefit of all persons who are residents of ELDC. However information would still be provided to none residents either in the form of visitors to the area or even caller enquiring from outside of the district.

Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5pm and Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm (excluding bank holidays)
