We operate Kingfisher Caravan Park which is a static caravan site situated in the centre of Ingoldmells, with 726 fully serviced pitches. All caravans at the park are privately owned and the site is open from mid-March to mid-November each year. Site facilities include:

• A shop
• A children’s play area
• A laundrette

The park’s sales manager Mr Roy Poelstra can be contacted at the site sales office on 01754 871454.

Hire
We do not hire caravans to the general public or provide a lettings agency, however some tenants do rent their vans privately.

Costs
Ground rent for the 2009 season is £1930.40 (£2104.26 for ‘Super Plots’). The rental fee includes water and sewerage charges, as well as access to electricity which is metered and charged accordingly. Gas cylinders used on site must be purchased from the site office. All payments can be made by credit/debit card or cheque.

• 1o^th November 2009 to 11^th March 2010
  • Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
  • The site office is closed 24^th December 2009 to 4^th January 2010
  • Kingfisher Caravan Park re-opens on Friday 12^th March 2009
