If you are required to apply for planning permission or another type of planning consent, you will need to use the new national planning application forms - titled 1App.

Included in 1App are forms for domestic and commercial applications, advertisement consent, listed building consent, prior approval and a number of other types of permission/consent.

You will require Ordnance Survey style maps for your application. These are available from a number of different places, for example directly from Ordnance Survey. The company listed below can also provide you with them:

The Council should acknowledge your application within a few days. Your application will then be placed on the Planning Register which is available for inspection by any interested member of the public at our offices in Tedder Hall, Manby during normal office hours.

Please note that with the exception of applicant contact details and Certificates of Ownership, the information provided on this application form and in supporting documents may be published on the council's website. If you have provided any other information as part of your application which falls within the definition of personal data under the Data Protection Act which you do not wish to be published on the council's website, please contact the planning department.
