What is the adopted Local Plan and what is it comprised of?
The current local plan is the East Lindsey Local Plan, adopted 1995 and altered 1999. This Plan is known as ‘District-wide’ and covers all of East Lindsey. It is comprised of two parts – Part I is the written statement that includes detailed policies/proposals and supporting text whilst Part II is the Proposal Map and settlement inset plans.
What is the cost of the Local Plan and where can it be purchased?
The cost of Local Plan is £25.00 comprised of £12.50 for Part I and £12.50 for Part II) Copies can be purchased from Tedder Hall by post, over the telephone (credit card transaction) and in person (payment is required first).
Individual pages can also be obtained at a cost of £4.70 for the first sheet and 0.35p for each additional page

Where can copies of the Local Plan be inspected?
Copies can be inspected at Tedder Hall and at the Council’s Area Offices. Alternatively, copies can be viewed at any of the District’s Libraries.
