Please contact customer services who will pass your details to our waste monitoring officers. You will then be contacted to arrange a visit at a convenient time.
All applicants will be informed whether they have or have not been accepted onto the Assisted Collection list.
All refuse should be presented in relevant wheelie bins or ELDC issued waste sacks.
This service is available on the same day as your normal waste collection day.
If your waste has been missed then we will return to rectify this within 3 working days
