Our chargeable pre-payment service is for collection of a maximum of 3 bulky household items, and payment must be received before the order is raised.

This is not a general house clearance service. We want to help you dispose of white goods that are too big or too heavy to be placed inside your wheelie bin.

White Goods are to be presented at the boundary of your property by 06.30am on your normal refuse collection day

Your item will be collected within 10 working days Householders should report items which are not collected within this time.  Missed items will be collected within 3 working days.

Alternatively, white goods can be disposed of free of charge at your local Household Waste Recycling Centre 

White goods are collected separately from other bulky item collections.
