Fly tipped refuse is refuse that has been dumped on land without a waste management licence, and without the owner’s permission. We will not remove fly tips from private land. This is landowner’s responsibility.
Where we have been notified of fly tipped waste and any enforcement issues have been dealt with, we aim to remove the waste within 4 working days
