In October 2006, Linpave Building Ltd was awarded the contract for the construction of the new leisure facilities in Louth following a rigorous tender procedure.

The company was one of two companies invited to submit proposals for the leisure centre and sports pavilion, with their designs and costs finally being accepted by the Council’s Executive Board.

Established in 1981, Linpave Building Limited (LBL) is the building arm of Rand, a group of construction companies based at Rand, near Wragby in Lincolnshire.

Holding Chartered Building Company status and an accredited Investor in People, Linpave Building Limited covers all aspects of building construction in a wide range of markets.

The company operates an Integrated Management System accredited to ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001.

Linpave have previously worked with the Council on projects such as the development of the Embassy Theatre in Skegness.
