Lifestyle Fitness Suite
In our Lifestyle Fitness Suite we give a personal approach to help you reach your aims and goals. If you want to lose weight, tone up or get stronger and healthier, we can offer you professional advice and support. We provide personal training, exercise classes, personal programmes tailored to suit your individual lifestyle and needs and exciting new state of the art equipment in a comfortable environment. With air conditioned atmosphere and background music, visiting our centre is made easy. Our dedicated and qualified staff are always pleased to assist you.

when you join our fitness suite you are welcome to exercise in any East Lindsey Lifestyle Fitness Suite (Station Sports Centre - Mablethorpe, Horncastle Swimming Pool - Louth Swimming Pool) membership also includes FREE swimming (includes general swimming, ladies only swim, fitness swim, breakfast swim and quiet swim) membership is affordable and made easy with 12 monthly payments. Casual sessions are also available.
