A Planning Hearing into a proposed development at Bainland Country Park at Woodhall Spa has been rescheduled.
The Hearing, which was adjourned by the Planning Inspector when it took place in July, will now be held at East Lindsey District Council’s Manby Headquarters on December 14, 2010, at 10am.
The Hearing takes place after East Lindsey District Council refused a planning application by Mr. S. Craddock to reconfigure the existing caravan park for the siting of 160 static caravan pitches with the retention of 25 touring caravan pitches and one existing holiday chalet. The application also included the construction of internal road and hardstandings and the creation of a fishing lake and wildlife areas on an existing golf area.
An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public are invited to attend the Hearing and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
