Louth market no longer has a catering unit and market organisers at East Lindsey District Council are keen to talk to anyone interested in providing the long standing function three days a week.
“As well as serving teas, coffees and food to visitors to the market, it’s also about being involved in the community,” said Alison Macdonald, Business Development Manager at the District Council. “Louth has a good reputation for high quality food and it would be great if we could attract a new caterer that compliments this by offering Tastes of Lincolnshire recognised food.”
Louth Market takes place each Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
