Customer Access Point remains open for business

PEOPLE in Louth are being reminded to drop into the District Council’s Customer Access Point at the Town Hall if they need advice on Council services or tourist information.
Although Louth Town Council has moved to its own offices on Eastgate, the District Council continues to provide its services from the Town Hall.
“We’re waiting to help people and although the Town Council may have moved out we’re keen to remind people that we’re still open for business,” explained Jane Caws from the Louth Customer Service Team.
The Customer Access Point is open as follows:
- 9am to 5pm Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
- 9am to 4pm Wednesdays
- 10am to 4pm on Saturdays for tourist information queries
Services provided from the Customer Access Point include:
Housing Benefits
- Appointments,
- Appointment bookings
- Advice
- Forms
- Housing Advice (Appointments, Homeless advice)
- Council Tax
- Payments by Card or Cheque
- Queries through the Helpline
All District Council service queries including:
- Waste bins collection problems etc
- Bulky items collection
- Taxi Licence forms
- Planning application forms
- Radar keys
- Dog warden
- Noisy neighbours
- Street lights
- Dead animals
- Toilets
- Fly tipping
- Car parks- car park fine payments (street parking fines need to be paid at the police station)
Tourist Information services including:
- National Express Coach Booking
- Hunts Coach Excursions Bookings
- Grayscroft Coach Excursions and Holidays Bookings
- Embassy Theatre Bookings
- Theatre Tokens
- Information leaflets on places to visit
- Accommodation- Hotel bookings, B & B bookings
- Bus timetables
- What’s on locally, - If you are organising an event let us know, and we may be able to display fliers/posters
- Souvenirs
