Date set for East Kirkby pub conversion Planning Hearing

A planning Hearing will take place on December 1, 2010, into a planning application for the Red Lion, Fen Road, East Kirkby.
The Hearing, which takes place after East Lindsey District Council refused an application by Mr Toulson for conversion of the public house into a dwelling, will be heard by the Government’s Planning Inspectorate. The Hearing will last one day and be held at the Franklin Hall in Spilsby at 10am.
Members of the public are invited to attend the Hearing and may, at the discretion of the Inspector, express their views.
