Parish Flood Plans on Northern Area Committee Agenda

EAST Lindsey District Council’s Northern Area Committee will meet on March 30, 2011, at 7pm at Utterby Parish Rooms, Main Road, Utterby.
The Chairman will open the meeting by updating Councillors on a number of local issues, including mobile Library provision, CCTV and the District Council’s budget for the next year.
The Agenda includes a presentation from the Environment Agency about the importance of Flood Plans and Emergency Plans within Parishes and how these can be produced.
The school’s Academy proposal for Louth and area will be discussed following a presentation from Peter Kubicki, Head of Cordeaux School and John Stevens from Birkbeck School, North Somercotes.
Community PCSO, Ian Clark, will update the Committee on policing issues in the local community.
Those attending the meeting will be invited to ask questions during a 15minute Public Forum at the beginning.
