Portfolio Holder for Rural Services and Partnerships, Councillor Edward Mossop, said: “I would like to thank Mark for his work over the past 15 months. By working closely with local businesses, local people and key organisations, Louth, with Mark’s help, has developed a new wave of energy and enthusiasm led by the community.

This has been evident during many events that Mark has helped co-ordinate with the community for the economic benefit of the local area. There are many more examples besides. This is an exciting time and going forward we all need to continue to work closely together, as a partnership, to seize more opportunities for Louth.”
