A PLANNING Hearing will take place at Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth on January 12, 2011 at 10am.

The Hearing will look at two planning applications by Mr. T. Lawrence, for Cistercian Cottage, Stewton Lane, Louth, Lincolnshire. Both applications were refused by East Lindsey District Council.

The first appeal is in relation to a planning condition, which the applicant has asked to be removed from a previously approved application. The condition in question states that the commercial business of stables, livery and ménage shall be operated by the occupants of Cistercian Cottage.

The second appeal relates to the erection of a detached bungalow with car parking and the erection of a building to provide changing rooms and toilets to be used in connection with the existing livery business, on the site of existing sheds and polytunnels which are to be removed.

An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public is invited to attend the Hearing and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
