A PLANNING Hearing will take place at Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth on January 11, 2011 at 10am.

The Hearing relates to a planning application by Mr and Mrs Hornsey for Primrose Cottage, Peppin Lane, Fotherby, Louth, Lincolnshire.

The Hearing will take place after East Lindsey District Council refused a planning application asking for the removal of two planning conditions from their original planning approval in 2000.

The conditions that the applicants have requested be removed are that no-one should occupy the holiday accommodation for more than three calendar months in any year; and that the condition that stipulates a requirement for keeping a log of those people who have stayed in the accommodation be removed.

An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public is invited to attend the Hearing and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
