A PLANNING Inquiry will take place at Tedder Hall, Manby Park, Louth on January 18, 19 and 20, 2011 at 10am.
The Inquiry relates to a planning application by Ms Golding for Brackenfreya Woods, Brackenborough Road, Louth, Lincolnshire.
The Inquiry will take place after East Lindsey District Council refused a planning application for the change of use of land at Brackenfreya Woods to a residential gypsy site for 11 caravan pitches.
An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public is invited to attend the Inquiry and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
