Free Self Defence and Safety Class in Chapel St Leonards

A free self defence and safety class is being held at Chapel St Leonards’ Village Hall on February 20, 2010 between 10am and 12noon. The session, for women aged 16 and over, will consist of a self defence class lasting 75 minutes along with a 45 minute safety talk from Police Constable, Seb Clarke.
The self defence class will be taught by Adam Beniston, who is currently the Kickboxing World Champion.
The class has been funded by the East Lindsey Community Safety Partnership and organised by East Lindsey District Council.
