Lincs Building Consultancy is raising the standard

LINCS Building Consultancy has been awarded the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Standard by the Cabinet Office for the work it has done to improve the service it provides to people living in East Lindsey and North East Lincolnshire.
The Cabinet Office assessed all aspects of Lincs Building Consultancy, including the emphasis it places on ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they are receiving.
The assessment concluded that the Building Control Service that Lincs Building Consultancy provides for East Lindsey District Council and North East Lincolnshire Council has achieved the Standard.
Garry Winterton the Director of Lincs Building Consultancy, said: “This achievement is due to the hard work and dedication of the staff who always strive to ensure the customer receives the best advice possible. We mustn’t rest on our laurels and we will be continuing to work hard to improve the service we provide for our customers.”
Lincs Building Consultancy will be reviewed annually by the Cabinet Office to ensure it is still achieving the standard.
