Meridian Leisure Centre chosen to host ASA County Championship events this weekend

East Lindsey’s new £12m pound Meridian Leisure Centre is set to host its first County Championship events this month On March 27th.
On March 27 the Centre will welcome the best swimmers from around Lincolnshire to take part in timed races.
As a result of the Championship events the Pool will be closed to the community on this day. There will be around four events per year when this is necessary. The rest of the Centre will remain open as usual.
Louth Swimming Club and the Lincoln Vulcans will both be taking part in the Championship event.
Graham Richardson from Louth Swimming Club, said: "This championship event is an excellent opportunity to showcase Louth and the Meridian Centre, with over 300 swimmers and their families from around the County expected."
