Planning Inquiry for 69E Victoria Road, Mablethorpe

A planning Inquiry will take place at East Lindsey District Council’s Manby offices on Tuesday May 11, 2010 at 10am.

The Inquiry relates to a planning application by Mr. T. Elkin for 69E Victoria Road, Mablethorpe. The application is to determine the lawful use of the property as a dwelling. The application was initially refused by the District Council but will go to appeal at the request of the applicant.

An independent Planning Inspector appointed by the Government will oversee the appeal. The public is invited to attend the Inquiry and at the discretion of the Inspector, may express their views on the application.
