Summer coaching programme at London Road, Louth

Two exciting sports coaching programmes are being launched at the refurbished London Road Sports Ground in Louth next month, as the school summer holidays get underway.
Soccer skills coaching, by an FA qualified coach will take place August 2 and 3. The coaching will focus on ball control techniques, directional moves, passing and turning and shooting skills. There will also be a competition.
The session for seven to 11 year olds takes place between 10am and 12noon each day and for 12 to 16 year olds between 1pm and 3pm. The cost to take part is £6 per session.
‘Tri-Golf’ sessions are also taking place at the London Road Sports Ground throughout August. The sessions are taught by a PGA professional and provide an opportunity to take part in a mini version of the real game. Those signing up will lean basic shots and techniques.
The one hour ‘Tri-Golf’ sessions cost £3 each and take place on four consecutive Tuesdays – August 10, 17, 24 and 31.
