Constituency change for 3500 people living in East Lindsey

Over 3,500 people living in East Lindsey will be voting in a different Parliamentary Constituency at the forthcoming General Election.

Although the Government is still to confirm a date for the General Election, residents in affected areas are being asked to be aware of the changes because it will mean they are voting in a different Parliamentary Constituency in the future.

The changes will take affect at the General Election and follow a national review of Parliamentary Constituencies by the Boundary Commission for England. This review takes place every eight to 12 years to try and ensure the sizes of constituencies are similar
