Car Parking
To provide an effective car parking service that maximises availability of parking spaces and income generated.

Car Parking is operated, maintained and controlled throughout the district to provide a vehicular parking service for use by residents and visitors.
Amenity Car Parks

Louth

  • Long Stay car parks: Newmarket, Kiln Lane
  • Short Stay car parks: Town Hall, Queen’s Street, Northgate West, Northgate East, Broadbank, Cannon Street, Kidgate, Market Place, Co-op, Eastgate

Spilsby

  • Short Stay: Market Place, Buttercross
  • Long Stay: Post Office Lane

Alford

  • Short Stay: Market Place
  • Long Stay: South Street

Horncastle

  • Short Stay: Market Place, St Lawrence Street
  • Long Stay: The Bain

Mablethorpe

  • Short Stay: High Street
  • Long Stay: Seacroft

Skegness

  • Short Stay: Lawn Park, Arcadia
  • Coach Park - Long Stay: Richmond Drive Coach Park

Amenity Car Parks
  • Monday till Saturday 8.00 am to 6.00 pm or 10.00 pm, as stated on the Regulations Boards
  • Sundays and Bank Holidays Free (except Mablethorpe & Skegness where charges apply)

Tourism Car Parks

  • Chargeable 1st March till 31st October
  • 7 days a week 8.00 am to 10.00 pm

Restrictions on the Service
Amenity Car Parks
  • See tariff board on individual car parks.
  • Disabled parking, vehicles must be parked within a designed parking bay and display both the disabled badge and time disc set at time of arrival for 3 hours free parking.

Tourism (Foreshore) Car Parks

  • See tariff board on individual car parks.
  • Blue Badge Holders are not exempt from charges.
  • All vehicles must pay.
