We are responsible for the maintenance/replacement of street nameplates within East Lindsey.

You can report damage or request repairs to any of our nameplates Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am to 4.45pm by:

• Visiting a Customer Service Centre;
• Telephoning us;
• E-mailing us.

When you contact us, please ensure you have all the following details listed below to enable us to locate and repair the damage:

• The location of the street nameplate;
• The Parish, Village or Town name;
• Your name and contact details.

Once you have reported damage or requested a repair it will be passed to our Technical Services Department for repair or replacement.
